🚀 Pre-Funding Scenario (Bootstrapped / Pre-Seed)

• €1,000/month (ex. VAT)

• + 2.5% equity via SAFE (vesting over 6 months)

  ⤷ Only triggered if:

  • You raise €250K+ in funding, or

  • You generate €100K+ in revenue

    ✅ No funding? No equity.

💼 Post-Funding Scenario (Seed / Series A)

• €2,500/month (ex. VAT)

• + 1.0% equity, fixed
