# Doing Business with Mathys van Abbe

August 1st, I was the main guest at the Dutch Radio Program BNR - Doing Business with. [Ruud Hendriks](http://twitter.com/ruudhendrikstv) was the host and we talked about Mobypicture, Tag The Love and innovation in general.

In the radio program they also talked with [Jacketz](http://www.jacketz.nl/), a new popular potato based restaurant concept in The Netherlands, led by [Paul Zonnenberg](http://clients.tagthelove.com/site/42/cms/nl.linkedin.com/in/paulzonnenberg), about their recent crowdfunding campaign and their growth strategy.

Two startups ( [Veylinx](http://veylinx.com/) led by [Anuar El Hadji](http://twitter.com/AnouarElHaji) and [WeZorgen](http://wezorgen.nl/) led by [Paul Feldbrugge](http://twitter.com/PFeldbrugge)) pitched their ideas as well. Both pretty interesting startups, the first by focussing on getting 'wallet based'-research data, the second by making home based chores and services rateable.

During the program there was a question about which books Mathys would recommend:
 1.  [Rework](http://www.bol.com/nl/p/rework/1001004007518176/) - Jason Fried, David Heinemeier Hansson - founders 37signals
 2.  [Exponential Organizations](http://www.amazon.com/Exponential-Organizations-organizations-better-cheaper-ebook/dp/B00KWPRSTO) - Yuri van Geest, Salim Ismael, Mike Malone -  Singularity University
 3. Anything from [Haruki Murakami](http://www.amazon.com/Haruki-Murakami/e/B000AP7AFI/ref=sr_ntt_srch_lnk_1?qid=1406971567&sr=1-1) and [David Mitchell](http://www.amazon.com/David-Mitchell/e/B000APTQBE/ref=sr_ntt_srch_lnk_1?qid=1406971598&sr=1-1).

Below you find the whole program and to convince you to listen; some testimonials :)
(sorry the program is in Dutch... )

Below some of the many reactions we received and a small gift from [TED](http://www.ted.com/) about leadership, inspiring others and your goals in life.

If you want to find out what the technology can do for you or if you just want to have a cup of coffee to pick Mathys his brain and experiences for your own ideas, just [contact us](http://www.tagthelove.com/page/contact).

Ruud, thanks for having us in the studio and [BNR business](http://titter.com/bnrzaken), thanks for the invitation.

Below you find one of my favourite TED talks on leadership by [Benjamin Zander](https://twitter.com/BenjaminZander). Watch it, you learn something about classical music, but also about goals in life, leadership and inspiration.
